I do not accept returns. If something crazy happens we will make it right. I can't control the USPS (I would like to offer a few suggestions to them) but they would not listen anyway. These birds make me and the people around me happy. That is our goal for you as well.
We ship the fastest way possible via USPS. We gather eggs daily and ship each order within two days of hatching. Eggs are chilled until we send them your way. We will pack them in foam and add heat or cool packs to try our very best to deliver you a viable egg.
